Small intimate exercise classes so you get the the best instruction
Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or just looking for something to add onto your weekly routine our exercise classes have something for everyone.

All classes are led by our experienced athletic trainer Maya.
Classes run every week and there is a limit of 6 participants per class

Cost: $25/class or purchase a six class pass for $140
​
Please note exercise classes may not be covered by your extended health insurance.
Wednesdays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm Core and Stability
Fridays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm Strength and Conditioning
Sundays 9:00 am - 10:00 am Cardio and Power
Sundays 10:15 am - 11:15 am Yoga
